Geeta Khanna is the visionary founder of Flying Career Aviation Academy, committed to enhancing individuals’ images through esteemed confidence-building and impeccable styling. With over 25 years of experience in aviation and hospitality, Geeta held the position of crew and performance manager at Jet Airways. Her professional journey began as a cabin crew member with the prestigious airline, where she honed her skills in customer service and image creation. Throughout her career, Geeta has transformed the images of countless individuals and organizations, leveraging her expertise in manners, etiquette, softskills, communication, fashion, and styling. Her commitment to helping clients achieve a captivating presence has made her a sought-after expert in the field. Geeta has conducted a myriad of workshops focused on personality development,etiquette, soft skills, and customer relations, empowering participants to excel in both personal and professional realms. A true advocate of self-belief, Geeta emphasizes that daring to dream and believing in oneself are essential components of success. Her journey has been decorated with triumphs in various beauty pageants, where she showcased not only her poise but also her dedication to personal development. Additionally, she has served as a jury member for numerous pageants, further affirming her expertise in the beauty and fashion industry

With over 14 years of dynamic experience in the aviation and hospitality industry, Vinita had the privilege of serving with some of the world’s most renowned airlines and luxury hotels. Her flying journey began with Finnair, where she gained invaluable exposure to international standards of safety,service, and guest relations. She further honed her skills at Kingfisher Airlines, celebrated for its premium in- flight experience and Five-star hospitality,before contributing to the rapid growth and operational excellence of Indigo Airlines, India’s leading low-cost carrier known for efficiency and customer service. Beyond aviation, she also enriched her professional journey by working with Five-star hotels, where she cultivated a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, guest expectations, and service personalization. This blend of aviation and hospitality experience has equipped her with exceptional skills in customer handling, grooming, leadership, cultural sensitivity, crisis management, and guest relations. Today, she channel this rich and diverse experience into training aspiring cabin crew professionals and hospitality enthusiasts, helping them shape successful careers with a strong foundation in service excellence, personality development, and confidence building.
